Return Process

  Contact our concierge team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Item

  Ensure the furniture or decor is in its original, unused condition and securely repacked in all original MCM House protective packaging.

  Schedule Collection

  Our specialized white-glove logistics partners will contact you to arrange a convenient time for the inspection and pickup of your return.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once the item is received and quality-checked at our warehouse, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus applicable shipping and restocking fees.
